Recruitment Guidelines [PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING!]

Logistics is a newly formed guild, looking to build a great community of players that play primarily for fun - be that by raiding, helping eachother out in 5man instances/quests, or even just doing what you can to help the guild.

Although fun is our main priority in Logistics, Raiding comes a close second. We are recruiting heavily at the moment to bolster our forces to head into the 25man content such as Ulduar. We DO plan to progress at a reasonable speed, and clear the majority of the available content. We will be raiding 3 days a week from 19:00 - 00:00 - and during this time, we expect our players to knuckle down and focus; and play to the best of their ability!

The days we raid are Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

What we expect from you:

-To interact with the guild! Be as social as you possibly can. Make yourself known within the guild! Post on the forums, chat on vent, talk in gchat, run instances with guildies, join raids etc!
- Have a decent level of gear. We won't be recruiting members in green/blue leveling gear in a hurry. So be sure to be geared enough to run at least Naxx10 for now!
- Able to use Ventrillo (listening a must, talking "nice to have")
- Act in a respectable manner to fellow players on sunstrider. You will wear our name above your head, so you are a representative of the guild - any actions that may harm our reputation will go against you.
- Raiding experience : You should have at least some end-game experience and know what the game is about Smile

- Class knowledge/experience : Have some decent knowledge about your class, and how it works in a PvE environment.
- Time : Be available for the majority of raids, be on time and prepared for the raid, and have time before the raid to sort out consumables/enchants etc!
- Connection : Stable connection that ensures you dont disconnect or lag during boss encounters.
- Pc : Your computer should allow you to raid with steady FPS without freezing.
- And most importantly, you are not an arrogant prick, loot@@@!@ or drama-queen. You are hopefully a mature, friendly person that enjoys having a laugh but is serious and dedicated in raids. Lootwhores will not enjoy their time in Logistics.

What you can expect from us:

In general, our raids will be a lot of fun and we hopefully will kill things in a proper pace. You can expect most of all great leadership and structured raids. You will find that the guild is usually willing to help you with reasonable things and that everyone is treated with equal respect, regardless of rank.

You can expect a solid Ventrilo server that is always paid for, you are allowed to bring friends on it outside of raids. We will also have a custom made website on our own paid for server coming soon.

Information for trials

* We operate an EPGP system. Information on this is held within the Members forum. Be sure to read it if you get accepted into the guild!
* Trial period lasts exactly 1 week from your invite, (this is due to increase as we gain more members, but for now we are mass recruiting, so a shorter trial period is necessary). We reserve the right to extend this period should we feel we need further time to asses your ability/playstyle/attitude within the guild, after this period we will either remove you (should you fail your trial) or promote you to the member rank (should you pass your trial).
