Elation - About us

<Elation> is a newly reformed guild, consisting of a long standing group of friends who've been playing together for a long time.
We're mainly a community of players trying to have fun and enjoy the game. The original guild was named Logistics and we were around in WOTLK, clearing the
majority of the 10 man content available to us.


Anyhow, to cut to the chase - We are looking for a few more Core Raiders to plug in a few holes in our 10 man team and start progression on Firelands.
We're trying to create a relaxed guild enviroment with a solid community, so if you're just in it for the loot - don't bother applying. We want to promote
a guild that plays primarily for FUN, and we take raiding as a means to do so.


Our guild's founding members are extremely expirienced, clearing all current content in Cataclysm (excluding a few hc's), and the nearly all of the content pre-cataclysm.


<Elation> is a fairly casual guild with a relaxed guild atmosphere, we are by no means hardcore, but have a strong desire to clear the current content;
and to accomplish that, we raid 3 days a week and expect some determination and commitment from our members on those nights.


Our current raiding nights are:
Wednesday - 8:30pm to 12:30am
Thursday - 8:30pm to 12:30am
Sunday - 8:30pm to 12:30am


What we expect from you:

- Be social! Communicate with the guild; post on the forums, talk on vent etc.
- Be an active member (show up for raids consistently)
- Be a skilled player (know how to play your class and spec to a high degree, raid awareness)
- Be prepared (come to raids with consumables, know about the fights beforehand)
- Put the guild before yourself (having a solid offspec, sitting out when asked and needed)
- Being patient when learning new content (not getting frustrated, and giving it your best effort even if we have wiped several times)
- Be respectful to guild members even if you disagree with their point of view
- Have fun



What you can expect from us:

In general, our raids will be a lot of fun and we hopefully will kill things in a proper pace. You can expect most of all great leadership and
structured raids. You will find that the guild is usually willing to help you with reasonable things and that everyone is treated with equal respect,
regardless of rank. You can expect a solid Ventrilo server that is always paid for, you are allowed to bring friends on it outside of raids.
We also have a custom made website in the works. (Which is looking VERY sexy! )
